Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
Gambling should be an enjoyable pastime, never a way to make money. We do not allow anyone under 18 to play and we run age checks. If we cannot confirm your age, we will ask for more information and may limit your account and freeze funds until your age is confirmed.
Signs to look out for
Ask yourself whether your spending is out of control, whether you borrow money to keep gambling, whether you spend less time with family, or whether you hide how much time or money you spend. If the answer to most of these is yes, it is a good moment to seek help.
Simple habits
- Do not treat gambling as a source of income.
- Set limits on money and time and stick to them.
- Gamble only with money you can afford to lose, and do not chase losses.
- Keep away from gambling after drinking or taking drugs, and on days when you feel low.
Self-exclusion
You can take a break by contacting our support team and following the instructions. For the length of the break your account is locked: no logins, no deposits or withdrawals and no promotional offers. Your account stays closed until the chosen period ends. Services resume after that unless you ask for a permanent or longer block at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can ask to lift a restriction early, but the decision is ours. During self-exclusion you must not open a new account.
Stake limits
We may limit your maximum stake. You can change this amount at any time, and the change takes effect 24 hours after your last update.
